In Shocking New Artwork, Jim Carrey Paints Donald Trump as a ‘Stooge’ of Russia and China

Say what you will about Jim Carrey, but he’s certainly tapped into the political outrage that Americans feel with Donald Trump and his band of thieves in office.

In recent days, the comic actor-turned-artist has skewered Trump’s new personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, new NRA president and Reagan-era gunrunner Oliver North, Vice President Mike Pence, and of course Trump himself.

This time Carrey tackled Trump’s failed efforts at diplomacy with North Korea. He depicts Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, encouraging North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to attend an upcoming summit with Trump. The devastatingly on-point caption reads,

“Just take the damn meeting and pretend you’re disarming, so we can keep this stooge in the White House for another term. When democracy is dead we’ll give you a seat at the grown-up’s table. You’ll be even more famous than the Kim with the big ass.”

Carrey shared his latest politically charged painting on Twitter Wednesday morning shortly after North Korea threatened to pull out of the historic June 12 summit in Singapore.

The reaction on Twitter was jubilant:

As the Huffington Post notes, this isn’t the first time Carrey has painted Trump as a stooge of hostile world powers. Last November he wrote,

They bailed him out, set him up and made him their stooge. With Trump in the WH, Putin may win the 3rd World War without firing a shot. #PuckerUpPOTUS
